How are you ?

Really good, thank you.
We had some rest so we're fine.

How long have you been on the road for this tour ?

For this tour about two and a half weeks but we've been on tour for about one and a helf month. We've been to France, to Spain, to America before, and England, Germany, France, Holland, Belgium now...

How has it been ?

It's very good ! It's the first tour this year with the new album so it's good to go back to places where we've been before and also to places where we've never been before and meet new people. It's been fun.

How is the response to the new album ?

So far it's pretty good. Most people say it's different from the first album.
We didn't read all the reviews, but most of them were pretty good. I think people like it. What people say after the shows is positive too.

So it's only your second album and the band became kind of huge. You signed on Nuclear Blast , tour massively, play at big festivals. Don't you feel any pressure ?

(laughs) Not musically I would say. Everyone of us has been sick at least twice over the last weeks. The pressure comes from the fact that we have to stay healthy in a way. He was down for a week, then I was down the next week, But that's the only thing we like to do, playing a lot.
After we were done with the recording, all the pressure fell off. That was the hardest thing, now it's more of a pleasure to go on tour and perform the songs live. Be on the road, that's what we want to do.

You recently signed on Nuclear Blast . What does it bring for you to be signed on this huge metal label ?

First of all, we were really happy with our previous label, This Charming Man Records . He did a really good job with the first album and he's a really good friend of us. The only problem was that it's a one-man label so he couldn't work like a big label. We wanted to have a better distribution and make the album available for everyone all over the world. And we also wanted it to be easier for us to tour everywhere.
So when Nuclear Blast offered to do the second album, we jumped on the occasion. It's a German label and they do a great work as you can see with Graveyard

Where would you like to tour ?

I think the most important thing for us is to go back to the States because the sad thing about our trip, even if it was good in the end, is that we had to cancel the tour for which we actually made the trip for. We are trying to get back there in September. It's not confirmed yet but my biggest personal wish for this year is to back back to the States for three or four weeks and do the tour.
We had a really good time in America and we got a lot of feedback from there so we really want to play there.

I remember seeing a post on Facebook saying you were looking for an accomodation somewhere in the U.S...

Yeah, our luggage got lost on the way to America. When we arrived in Austin, we had no car, no backline, no place to sleep, no money. But we figured it out somehow. It all worked out in the end, it was fun. We met a lot of really nice people who helped us. So it became a really nice trip except we weren't allowed to play. So next time, we hope we can do the whole tour and play all other the U.S.

So I guess you have to rush on stage now. Is there anything else you'd like to say ?

Yeah but it's hard to think about the right sentence...
We're happy to be back in Belgium. It's good to play here. We're looking forward to the show tonight and hopefully we'll come back for more shows.
