Malady et Mannequin ont splitté

voici ce que j'ai trouvé comme news, émanant de chez Robotic Empire Records:

Now on to the bad news... it is true, Malady has "broken up". This may come as a surprise to some, but we do have "broken up" in quotes because this isn't really the end by any means. Two new bands instantly spawned from Malady's corpse, both of which we are extremely excited to welcome with open arms to the Robotic Empire roster. Jeff Kane, Jonathan Moore and Kevin Longendyke, Malady's two guitarists and bassist, will soon team up with former City of Caterpillar and current Darkest Hour drummer/beast Ryan Perrish to record the final material Malady wrote along with some critical new tunes for a debut full-length. While the band has yet to determine what they will actually call themselves, we are already promising that this will be an outlandishly impressive album. The other two members, Chris Taylor and Johnny Ward (Malady's vocalist and drummer) have joined up with Chris' brother Mike Taylor (of pg.99, Mannequin, Haram, etc.) and Mannequin cohort Mike Widman to form the new beast known as Pygmy Lush. This project is already sounding like an incredible mixture of the member's former bands, all blended together into a highly concentrated and aggressive mix. However, this also means that Mannequin has cashed in their chips; so to sum it up here, Malady and Mannequin have both "broken up", but two new bands have already formed... and they're both really, really good. We'll keep you posted on what these new projects are up to as things get closer to fruition, but rest assured that these eight Virginians will continue to create inspiring new music and we are extremely excited to be the label involved.
